Why should I rent a house?
Renting a house give you more privicy, more space and the option of catering for yourselves.And also enables you to have
a proper relaxed family holiday.
How easy is it to rent a property from this website?
Renting a property could not be easier.All you need to do is:
1- “Sign Up” button from the menu on the left under Holiday Makers section
2-Then Register on the form
3-Log in with your username and password to the website
4-Click on the “Rent House” button on desired property and follow instructions !!!
Who will arrange my airport transfers?
Your transfers are arranging by a transfer company is a registered travel company and has a “D2” Class travel agency licence
to carry multiple passengers.All passengers are automatically insured in the vehicles…

How do I recognise the driver at the airport?
Once you submit your booking your airport transfer details goes to transfer company (also a copy comes to us for our records)
then the driver will be at the airport or place of pick-up.He will hold up a board with your name(s) on it…And it will have
the Rental company logo on it .
What other services do you provide ?
1-If you are coming with a late flight;we can provide you two different welcome package upon your request
2- We can send you a cleaning lady to do standard house cleaning with laundry and ironing as well
3-We can provide you all necessary information about curreny Exchange,telephones,country codes,sightseeing, dining out,where
to go,aquaparks etc
4-if you do not have a safe in the house,we can keep your important belongings in our head Office during your holiday period…
How can I get some information about the area?
The easiest way to get information about the area is to go “tourism Office” of town which is located right opposite to the
“ScalaNova” Harbour of town.You can get “Kusadasi Guide” books from there as well as Kusadasi map.Also if you wish to go
on a sightseeing tours,you can find quiete a few books in all languages in many souvenier shops

What places of interest and activities can I find in this area ?
There is a lot of activities in town and places to see.Here is a few of them:
1-Caravansarail (Turkish Night with Entrance+Dinner+Drinks)you can get tickets at most local travel agents…
2-Bird Island (also known as pigeon island)symbol of the town.You can easily walk there or take Dolmus-Which is local transportation.There
is no entrance fee to the island,it is a nice place to enjoy a drink an see the sunset…
3-National Park (Dilek Peninsula) İts a national park located 33 km South of Kusadasi.The water is clear and there is a
peacefull atmosphere between the pine forest…You can swim and snorkel there all day for a small entrance fee…
4-Sirince Wine Village
Greek style village set up in the hills,on the outskirts of Selcuk town (North of Kusadasi 20km)it has a relaxed old village
feel…with many nice souvenier and wine shops,you can test the local homemade wines.a great place to go for lunch…
Where can I rent a car if I need one at a good price?
We can recommend a good hire company at competitave rates with reliable vehicles and full insurance.
Do I have to leave some deposit for breakages when renting a property?
We requiere £150 breakage deposit before entering the property.Breakage deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure
date once property has been checked.
What happens if I damage something?
If not covered by the insurance ;The cost of repairs will be taken out of the damage deposit
What time should I check In?
Check-in is after 3:00 pm of the first day of booking unless previously agreed
What time should I check Out?
Check-Out must before 11:00 am unless previously agreed
Who should I call if I need something Or Emergency?
In the house there will be a ASP Telephone Pocket size Leaflets that you can keep on you all the times…

You can change it as many as you want but you can not change the property.if you wish to place another property you have
to take another advert out.

Only one property allowed per advert.

Once a booking has been made;we can NOT cancel.So please make sure you cover the dates you require.

Yes,we use a local management companies who can provide all management services for your property…
Will you get a “Content List” signed by the customer?
We will get the customer to sign the list within 24 hours of arrival.
Do you take some deposit for breakages when renting my property?
We requiere £150 breakage deposit before entering the property.Breakage deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure

You pay nothing to advertise,you pay %10 of all bookings made through our company.
